​ご予約・ご来店の際のお願い

  • 初めてご予約されるお客様は、​メールではなくお電話でお問い合わせください。

  • ​ご予約は、なるべくご来店の2日前迄にお願いします。

  • やむをえない事情での予約の変更またはキャンセルは​前日までに、必ずお電話でお知らせください。

  • 予約当日の変更・キャンセルは、後日キャンセル料を申し受ける場合がございますのでご注意ください。

  • 当日、予約時間より早く来られる又は遅れる場合は、お電話でお知らせください。

  • ​Roots店内には壊れやすい什器や触ると危険な道具がありますので、小さなお子様をお連れの方は、事前にその旨をお伝えください。施術中は目が届かない場合がありますので、なるべく付き添いの方とお越し頂くようお願いしております。

​皆さまに気持ち良くお越しいただけるよう、ご協力お願いいたします。

Reservation and Cancelation Procedures​

  • For new customers:  For the first appointment contact must be made by phone call only.

  • Please make your appointment as early as possible.

  • Please call us if you can't make your appointment time.

  • If you need to change or cancel your appointment, let us know at least 24hrs in advance by phone.

  • We may charge a cancelation fee.

  • ​Please notify in advance if you are bringing your children.

​Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
